It can ensure that the right type of product and quantities are planned, manufactured, inspected, and delivered on time base on customer requirement. Under controlled circumstances, finished products can be delivered with proper handle to prevent damage or deterioration, delivery can be carried out in accordance with specific requirement. The process flow is interconnected by administration and production department. All parties involved play a major role in ensuring everything is in accordance with the production planning. Administration plays the role of connecting to the external parties including suppliers, customers, and others. Meanwhile, production play the role of ensuring the orders requested by the administration are to be delivered. The production process is recorded in the quality handbook which is comply with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
