According to the Malaysia plastic sustainability roadmap, the objective is to set out a robust and clear way forward underpinning our Malaysia’s contribution in tackling the global challenge of plastic pollution. To comply with the roadmap, we at Metro Plastic conduct plastic waste management with policies and standard operating procedures. We have sorted all waste management in accordance and stored them in an appropriate location.
Our plastic sheets waste from our production process and the plastic sheets from external sources will undergo the recycling process of sorting, cleaning, shredding and extrusion. In return the waste will be reproduced into plastic materials in pellet form, then being resell or reuse in our production process.
In addition, our company have purchased plastic material which originates from recycled sources. The purchased recycled plastic resin will be used in our products which makes it a recyclable product as well.
